Land Registry Compliant Title Plan

C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been instructed in the preparation of a Land Registry compliance plan as part of a business and boatyard sale in Norfolk. The Client held the site under separate titles and required a updated Land Registry plan to incorporate the entire site holding under a single registration. From the data captured we produced a Title Plan to enable the land to be registered.

Land Registry Compliant Title Plan

C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been instructed in the preparation of a Land Registry compliance plan to split an established area of marsh and forest land into two titles. The site was complex being covered in trees, vegetation and marsh, and required the involvement of a topographical survey to identify the proposed boundary of the site which was marked with timber stakes. From this data captured we produced two Title Plans to enable the land to be divided.
