The client contacted us about moisture ingress resulting from an absent damp proof membrane and required an assessment of the area and advice on remedial works. We were pleased to attend site to inspect the defect and provide a letter report of our findings. Where required we are also able to specify remedial works and work alongside contractors to action any repairs needed. We hope that our investigations offer some clarify to the client and options to consider for remedial works.
