C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been instructed to prepare planning drawings for the conversion of this existing structure in Cambridgeshire to a residential dwelling. The project brief required a design to suit the specific needs of the client who is a wheelchair user and which required the inclusion of a Part M compliant bathroom and suitable circulation space around the property. The Class Q planning route also set strict parameters on the overall design and we are pleased to have produced a design which the client is happy with.
