C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been instructed to prepare planning drawings for two detached properties in this Norfolk village on a former Bowling Green. The project brief required two plots to suit the site location and taking into account the site constraints. As part of the application and design process a highways and access layout was commissioned, along with a flood risk assessment to ensure the drawings were compatible with the site constraints.
