Careful consideration of both the design and site parameters was required, as well as extensive consultation with the Planning Authority to agree the design, layout and material choices. The project required liaising with flood risk and ecology professionals. We are pleased to say that the scheme received full planning permission from the Local Authority and we look forward to developing the scheme to Building Regulations stage and seeing the site developed in the near future.
