The site comprised an existing chalet in need of replacement and the proposal will breathe new life into the site as well as providing a much improved standard of living accommodation. The site is in a flood risk zone and Broads Authority. Careful consideration of both the design and site parameters was required, as well as extensive consultation with the Planning Authority to agree the design, layout and material choices. The project required liaising with flood risk and ecology professionals. We are pleased to say that the scheme received full planning permission from the Local Authority and we look forward to developing the scheme to Building Regulations stage and seeing the site developed in the near future.
